01Who is ÜMAIN and what services do you offer?
ÜMAIN is a digital marketing agency specializing in paid advertising (SEA, Social Ads), content creation, video production and web development. We support businesses in their digital growth with a data-driven and creative approach.
02Where are you located and do you work remotely?
Our headquarters is in Pierre-Levée (77) in Île-de-France. We work with clients throughout France and internationally, in person or remotely according to your preferences. Most of our exchanges are done via video conference.
03What is your experience in digital marketing?
We have over 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with more than 40 clients supported and over 10 million euros in advertising budgets managed. Our expertise covers all business sectors.
04How does a collaboration with ÜMAIN work?
Everything starts with a discussion to understand your needs and objectives. We then prepare a tailored proposal. Once validated, we assign a dedicated project manager who will be your single point of contact throughout the collaboration.
05Do you offer long-term support?
Yes, we offer monthly management contracts for advertising campaigns, as well as maintenance contracts for websites. We prioritize long-term relationships to maximize the performance of your investments.

01What minimum budget is needed to launch Google Ads campaigns?
We recommend a minimum advertising budget of €1,500/month to achieve significant results. This amount allows collecting enough data to effectively optimize your campaigns. The ideal budget depends on your industry and objectives.
02How long before seeing results with Google Ads?
Initial results are visible within the first weeks of delivery. However, full account optimization typically requires 2 to 3 months to achieve optimal and stable performance.
03What is the difference between SEO and SEA?
SEA (Search Engine Advertising) generates immediate paid traffic through sponsored ads. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) improves your organic visibility over the long term. Both are complementary for a complete digital strategy.
04Do you also manage Microsoft Ads (Bing)?

Timelines vary depending on complexity. A set of advertising visuals can be delivered in 5-7 days, a video in 2-3 weeks. We define a precise schedule at the start of the project and can work on urgent deadlines if needed.
03How many revisions are included in your services?
Our packages typically include 2 to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions can be added if needed, billed on a time-spent basis. Our goal is your complete satisfaction.
04Can you work with an existing brand identity?
Absolutely! We regularly work with existing brand guidelines. Provide us with your guidelines, logos and brand elements, and we'll create content perfectly aligned with your visual identity.
05What file formats do you deliver?
We deliver all necessary formats: source files (PSD, AI, Figma), web exports (PNG, JPG, WebP), videos (MP4, MOV) and specific formats for each advertising platform (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.).

The price depends on the complexity of the project. A showcase site starts from €2,500, an e-commerce from €5,000, a landing page from €990. We provide a detailed quote after discussing your project.
02What are the timelines for creating a website?
Allow 4 to 6 weeks for a showcase site, 6 to 10 weeks for an e-commerce. Timelines depend on the complexity of the project and your responsiveness on approvals and feedback.
03What technologies do you use for web development?
We use the most performant technologies: Next.js, React, TypeScript for development, Tailwind CSS for design, and Vercel for hosting. For e-commerce, we also work with Shopify.
04Do you offer website maintenance?
Yes, we offer maintenance contracts including: security updates, backups, monitoring, technical support and minor updates. Packages from €150/month.
05Will the site be optimized for SEO?
Absolutely! All our sites are SEO optimized from design: technical structure, semantic markup, Core Web Vitals, sitemap, schema markup. We apply best practices for optimal ranking.
Pricing & Billing
01How do your rates work?
We offer monthly packages for advertising campaign management, and project-based quotes for creations (websites, videos, visuals). Our rates are transparent and detailed in each proposal.
02Are there setup or installation fees?
For advertising campaigns, an initial setup fee covers the audit, campaign creation, tracking and configuration. This fee is billed only once at the start of the collaboration.
03What are the payment terms?
Unless otherwise agreed: 50% on order, 50% on delivery for projects. For monthly packages, billing at the beginning of the month. Payment by bank transfer or credit card, within 30 days.
04Do you offer duration commitments?
For advertising campaigns, we recommend a minimum 3-month commitment to see significant results. After this period, contracts are without commitment and can be terminated with one month's notice.
05Can I get a free quote?
